Mighty Movers did a great job moving items out of my house and into the storage unit. They worked swiftly and efficiently taking care of the each item they moved by wrapping them and loading them strategically into the truck. During the move I asked them to take extra (large & heavy) items which they did with no complaints or concerns. The price for all their hard work was very reasonable. I would hire them again and recommend them .

Mighty Movers were efficient in moving us from DC to Richmond within a day. They broke down our big furniture, took extra care when moving it, and put it back together at our new location with no issues whatsoever. They had to deal with horrible weather and traffic this day and still approach the move with professionalism and swiftness. This is my second time working with them and I will do it again. Highly recommend.

I hired Mighty Movers for a move and I was very pleased with their professionalism, speed, and care of my items. They took apart my furniture that needed to be transported, carefully wrapped everything, and took it all into their truck in a little over an hour. Then once we got to my new apartment, they unloaded and reassembled all my furniture in a very timely manner. There was no damage to any of the items that were moved and they helped me put everything where I wanted it to be. I got quotes from several different moving companies and Mighty Movers were significantly the best value which is why I initially chose them. However, with how good of job they did, I will certainly be using them again for future moves.

I heard about Mighty Movers from my dad, who used them for his move and recommended this service. I now recommend them to anyone in the DC area. Simon was fast and professional and made my move ten times easier. After the fact, there was a small hiccup with my bill, but Cliff double-checked and had it resolved within the hour. This was my first time using a moving service and I'm incredibly glad that I did!

This Gracy here, I would like to share to everyone that Mr Cliff, had been very fast to respond to me on a Saturday, I was looking for an estimate and to see to hire same day. I was very happy to be talking to a kind & curtious gentleman. I got a great estimate on the job that I needed, very decent price! In other places is way overpriced. Also not to say that before contacting here, the other moving companies never gave a call back, after leaving a detailed message. So contact this company you will agree with me. I used Mighty Movers to move into my first owned home and it was a huge mistake! We discussed potentially having them pack ahead of time, but I decided to pack myself. I was told that they'd have materials on the truck just in case I needed their services. On the day of the move, I was behind on packing and willing to pay Mighty Movers to finish the job, but they didn't bring any boxes, forcing me to continue packing while the movers worked. While the 3 guys seemed like they were working pretty hard, they were constantly asking me what was going to stay and what was going to go. After some time, I heard one of the guys say to the other that this was their last elevator load and then they would go to the new place. Little did I know that they left a bunch of stuff in the closet including items I asked them to take and saw them put on their dolly. When we arrive at the house, they got to unpacking and caused some minor damage. I was unaware of the stuff they hid/left behind at the old place. As they left, I tipped generously, thinking the move had gone well when it hadn't. When I called to address my grievances, the owner basically asked why I didn't supervise the movers appropriately. If the movers needed a supervisor, then Mighty Movers should have sent one, as other companies I've moved with have done in the past. I paid Mighty Movers to move me and they failed the most basic condition: take all the stuff with you. Mighty Movers refused to take responsibility for their movers behavior. When I asked them to fix the damage, they insisted that they could send their own contractor or give me $50. I had to press them to tell me who their contractor was before they sent a person I didn't know to my home. When I tried to check references, I discovered their contractor had no online presence at all, just a Virginia business license. When I asked them to use a contractor I chose, they insisted it was their guy or $50. I took the $50 and ended up spending $150 to repair the damage. As a result of Mighty Movers leaving stuff in my old place, I had to finish the move myself, including renting a uHAUL panel van. Mighty Movers refused to cover any of my additional moving costs incurred. I hired Mighty Movers, paying $185/hr plus fees, thinking I was paying for quality. I was wrong.
